A Story Book Trip Wisconsin 2007 Note from Pam    Monday    Tuesday    Wednesday    Thursday    Friday    Saturday    Sunday July 24 - Sunday started with an early departure from the hotel, sleeping on the bus, and checking in at the Milwaukee airport. The AirTran employees asked us to sing, so after we checked our bags we sang! We gave a mini concert and folks stopped to listen. On the way to the gate we passed some soldiers and saluted them with a rousing rendition of the "Our America" medley. The soldiers thanked us and several of them signed the chorister's Wisconsin journals. Then off to the plane and Atlanta! At the Atlanta airport we ate lunch and boarded our plane to Houston. In Houston, we got our luggage, which was much heavier and fuller now with all our souvenirs, and loaded buses for home. When we arrived that evening at Blinn we were greeted by family and friends holding "Welcome Home" signs. We unloaded the buses, hugged and said goodbye to our friends. We had a song-filled, adventure-packed week filled with new friends, new experiences and great memories. It was a tour to remember.
